Ankur Bajaj, the CEO of Thunder Strike, has always been passionate about bowling. With more than 15 years of experience in bowling, having represented himself at national level, he knows first-hand the challenges that come with trying to play professionally in India.
For many aspiring bowlers, the lack of proper facilities and training opportunities can be a major obstacle. With the best facilities being located in cities like Bangalore and Delhi, many players are forced to spend a lot of money on travel and accommodation just to get the training they need.
That’s why Ankur Bajaj decided to create Thunder Strike – a bowling alley that not only offers world-class facilities, but also serves as a training academy for aspiring bowlers. By combining commercial operations with professional training, Ankur is making it easier and more affordable than ever before for players to pursue their dreams of playing professionally.
And it’s not just about training, either. When Thunder Strike was surveyed in Indore, Ankur noticed that there were a lot of missing facilities that were preventing people from fully enjoying the game of bowling. That’s why Thunder Strike offers everything from light and heavy weight balls to shoes of all sizes and facilities for players of all ages – including children.
